Hi there Goddesses, Tarsh here!

If I haven’t met you along my fitness journey then welcome. I’m an extremely bubbly person who lives each day to the absolute fullest.

I thrive off the energy of positive people and as a trainer there is nothing more amazing than watching my clients lives transform.

Not only on a physical aspect but mentally and emotionally.  Watching their confidence flourish, their mindset shift and learn to maintain a positive outlook on life.

Glute Goddess was a little project I started during my contest prep for the World Beauty Fitness and Fashion show in 2019. This is where my dream came true and I not only placed 1st in a line up of strong and inspiring women but where I also received my WBFF Pro card, something I had only dreamt about!

These bands were a significant tool to help shape, tone and strengthen my glutes as a part of the training schedule and I felt I needed to share these little secrets with you all.
